Please complete the form below by the following deadlines:

  • Fall programming deadline: May 31
  • Winter/Spring programming deadline: October 31

If the deadline has passed, please send the request form anyway and we will do our best to accommodate.

School Booking Request Form

Please note that we cannot accept more than 40 students in a program. If you wish to bring more than 40 students, we will need to make multiple bookings.
