Kananaskis Centre Booking Requests - Community Groups

We offer conference and meeting space for academic institutions, government agencies, scouting organizations, and education-based groups.

In agreement with the Alberta Government, the Barrier Lake facility does not offer bookings to tourism-related events or act as a social venue.

Accommodation Request
Dormitory style accommodation (single bunk beds): North wing offers five rooms and accommodates 10 people. South wing offer 8 rooms and accommodates 16 people. Please note, there is one set of washrooms per wing and we recommend separating genders.
Dormitory style accommodation offers 11 rooms, one bunk bed and single in each room to accommodate a maximum of 33 people. Groups have access to a comfortable mezzanine area with a fireplace and kitchen area for self-catering groups.
Rustic unit accommodation with most units containing 1 bedroom with two bunkbeds and a loft with 2 singles for a maximum of 6 people; or 2 bedrooms with loft for a max of 10 people. Ten duplex units in total. Please note there are some variations between duplex units.
